1. Adopting a self-developed navigation and positioning system, combined with a proprietary AGV motion controller, to achieve a positioning accuracy of ± 10mm; 2. Adopting electric forklifts, installing control boxes, and equipped with multiple safety collision prevention systems including laser collision prevention, mechanical collision prevention, and photoelectric collision prevention, to achieve automatic and safe driving of unmanned forklifts; 3. Equipped with AGV scheduling system and human-computer interaction software, all AGVs are managed through deployed wireless networks to achieve AGV scheduling control and data monitoring. The system can also be integrated with MES/WMS production management system to create an intelligent manufacturing factory.

Brief introduction:

By using feasible robots such as forklift AGV, AMR robot, scheduling system, warehouse management system, and supporting software and hardware products, intelligent logistics management and transportation of the entire factory can be achieved, including intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, automatic storage and retrieval of three-dimensional warehouse, flat warehouse management and automatic storage and retrieval, line side distribution, automatic loading and unloading, and material turnover. This reduces the participation of material distribution personnel in the production process, improves production efficiency and production management level.
